झारखंड में बालू परिवहन पुलिस चेकिंग से मुक्त
राज्य में अब खनन एवं अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सुनश्चित करेंगे कि बालू का अवैध खनन तथा परिवहन न हो।
राज्य सरकार ने बालू के परिवहन को पुलिस चेकिंग से मुक्त कर दिया है. अब राज्य एवं जिला स्तर पर टास्क फ़ोर्स बनाकर चेकिंग का काम किया जायेगा.
उक्त बातें राज्य सरकार की प्रवक्ता निधि खरे ने सूचना भवन सभागार में आज आयोजित संवाददाता सम्मेलन में कही.
उन्होंने कहा कि खनन विभाग के अधिकारी तकनीकी तौर पर उपदमेदक उपदमतंसे एक्ट की जानकारी रखते हैं, इसलिए वो प्रभावी तरीके से अवैध बालू उत्खनन एवं परिवहन को रोक पाएंगे।
खरे ने बताया कि कई जगहों से ऐसी शिकायत भी मिली थी कि बालू माफिया और स्थानीय पुलिस की मिली भगत से बालू को बाहर भेजने का काम किया जा रहा था द्य्न इन सभी बातों को ध्यान में रखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने यह फैसला लिया है.
खनन एवं अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी अब समय- समय पर खुद छापेमारी करेंगे, जिसके लिए उन्हें पर्याप्त पुलिस बल उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा.
